Detectives said for the past several years, the business has operated as a place criminals have been known to frequent and allegedly sell stolen merchandise.

The items seized are believed to have been stolen from retail stores, and then sold for cash at the pawn shop.

According to investigators, the retail value of the items is over $30,000. Among the items seized were air conditioners, chain saws and flat screen televisions.

Detectives will now work to determine which businesses may have had merchandise stolen. Charges in the investigation are pending.
