BAKER COUNTY, Fla. – A man accused of molesting a child under 12 years old has been charged with capital sexual battery, deputies said.

The Baker County Sheriff's Office said it learned July 10 about a possible child molestation case.

Deputies were told that Timothy Sizemore, 31, had been molesting a child under the age of 12 for an extended period of time, the Sheriff's Office said.

Following a thorough investigation, Sizemore was arrested Wednesday and charged with capital sexual battery. Deputies said Sizemore was also charged with three counts of felony violation of probation on unrelated charges.

During his first appearance Thursday morning at the Baker County Courthouse, Sizemore was denied bond on all charges, deputies said.
