Arrest made in restaurant arson case
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – An arrest has finally been made in an arson case in which a fire was set at Tunis Wings & Subs on the Northside in February.
According to police, 40-year-old Mounir Bejaoui was arrested back in March in connection with the fire.
Officials said that Bejaoui was a former employee at the restaurant and is now being charged with burglary and arson.
But this is not the first time that police were called out to the restaurant.
In 2013, an unidentified man broke into an outdoor fridge at the restaurant and while wearing a sock over his hand, stuffed a duffel bag full of frozen food and took off.
