Two other teens, Jeremiah Hill, 13 and his cousin Keyshaun Hill, 18 were previously arrested.

They're both charged in the killing of 25-year-old Tony Johnson. The shooting happened on June 10 at the BP on North Main Street.

Police said the suspects were meeting Johnson at the gas station about 3 a.m. to trade handguns when the deal took a bad turn.
Sneed's next court date is set for Sept. 8.
