JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – An accident on I-295 northbound at Dunn Avenue has left 8 people injured and closed all northbound lanes of I-295 for nearly an hour.
According to the Jacksonville Fire Rescue Department, the accident happened Monday around 4:15 p.m. and injured four adults and four children though none of the injuries were life-threatening.

The Trout River Bridge and I-295 were reopened around 5 p.m. though JFRD didn't not release the extent of the injuries the eight people received.
