Glass remains in critical condition at Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach.

Harris is being charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon causing great bodily harm. He is still being treated at Halifax, and is being guarded by FCSO deputies.

When Harris is released from the hospital, he will be booked into the Volusia County Branch Jail in Daytona Beach on $50,000 bond. He will be brought back to Flagler County in the near future, deputies said.

It is still unclear what lead to the stabbing or which of the men was injured first, but deputies believe the two men got into an altercation on Braddock Lane and one man stabbed the other. The victim then drove to the Pizza Hut on 1475 Palm Coast Parkway. Authorities said the other man followed him. Once in the parking lot, the initial victim stabbed the other man.

Glass is also expected to be charged in the incident, deputies said.
