KEY LARGO, Fla. – Four men were arrested and charged after wildlife officials said they were acting suspiciously on a commercial lobster boat and they found undersized fish.

Officers Jessica Sutter and Paige Pestka were on a water patrol in the Angelfish Creek area of Key Largo when they said they saw the men acting suspiciously.

Florida Fish and Wildlife Conversation Commission officials said one man dropped a bag overboard and they stopped the boat.
