JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man is recovering after being shot at a home in Northwest Jacksonville. Police responded to a home on West 14th Street and found a man who had been shot in the head.
He was taken to UF Health where a second person, believed to be part of the incident had shown up. The second victim suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen. Both are expected to be okay.

As of Thursday morning, police do not know what led up to the shooting. They say the incident occurred outside of the house. Police do not have a suspect description.
