JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sherriff's Office is investigating a shooting that left a person shot in Northwest Jacksonville Wednesday evening.
Police said at around 9:10 p.m., officers responded to a report of a person shot in the West 10th Street.
Officers found a victim with gunshot wound to the leg.

That person was taken to UF Health with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police did not know the circumstances of the shooting and it's unknown how many shots were fired.
