ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A man was hurt after being hit several times in the head with a meat tenderizing mallet.
The attack occurred at around 10 p.m. Sunday on Central Florida Parkway.

The victim, a man in his 40s, told investigators he got into a fight with his attacker earlier in the night.
Deputies said the suspect later went to the victim's apartment to apologize, but once inside, investigators say the man hit the victim several times in the head with the mallet.
The suspect, who deputies identified only as a 48-year-old man, has been arrested on attempted murder charges.
The victim was taken to the hospital for his injuries.
