KEYSTONE HEIGHTS, Fla. – A 20-year-old from Melrose died Saturday afternoon when he struck a pickup truck that turned left in his path on 8th Avenue in Keystone Heights, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers said Travis Donley was transported to Shands of Starke, where he died.

The driver of the pickup, Shawnarik Simmons, 17, of Gainesville, was not injured.
The accident report did not indicate if Simmons was charged.
