LAKELAND, Fla. – Lakeland police say a woman was driving drunk on Saturday and crashed her car, all while streaming video online.
Whitney Beall, 23, was behind the wheel when she started streaming on Periscope, according to police.
Police said that Beall said she was drunk several times and said she didn't know where she was in the video.
She received several messages telling her to stop driving, but she kept going, according to police.
Police said Beall then hit a curb and kept going until her car stopped just before officers pulled her over.
She was arrested on driving under the influence charges and booked into Polk County Jail.
