The operator told Officer Church he made a trip to the Bahamas that morning.

Officer Church inspected the cooler on the boat's deck and saw multiple violations, including 37 wrung lobster tails (eight undersized) and several dolphin fish fillets, according to FFWCC.

Officer Church said he explained the possession limits for vessels returning from the Bahamas and cited the operator.

The lobster tails and fish were seized as evidence.
