Deputies search for suspected laundromat burglar

CLAY COUNTY, Fla. – The Clay County Sheriff's Office is searching for a man suspected of breaking into a laundromat and stealing more than $1,000 from an Easy Card Money box.

The theft occurred on October 20 at the Keystone Village Laundry on State Road 100.

The suspect used a tire iron to break into the money box inside the laundromat.

He was driving a light colored, possibly silver, small 4-door car (pictured right). It may be a 2007-2014 Nissan Sentra or Nissan Versa but the exact make and model are unknown.

The suspect was described as a man between 25-40 years of age wearing a fitted Florida Gator hat with two holographic stickers on the bill.
