Amber Alert canceled for Florida toddler

WAKULLA COUNTY, Fla. – An Amber Alert was canceled Thursday evening for a 2-year-old boy from the Florida panhandle, according to Tallahassee media.

The alert was issued for Braxton Lindsey around 6 p.m. The boy was found safe in Wakulla County, south of Tallahassee, around 7 p.m. according to Tallahassee.com and WCTV.

No other information was released on where the child was found.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement is still searching for 29-year-old Thomas "Ricky" Lindsey.

Thomas Lindsey is described as a white male, 6'3" tall, 195 pounds with light brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing dark sneakers, blue-green shorts and a white tank undershirt.
