PALM COAST, Fla. – Florida Highway Patrol says one man was injured in a single car accident Saturday morning.
FHP says Timothy Miller, 45, was driving on State Road A1A south of Cedar Point Road in Palm Coast when he failed to negotiate a curve. The driver-side tires of Miller's Mercury Mountaineer traveled onto the center grass median.

Police say Miller sharply turned back to the right and overturned multiple times. Police say Miller was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the car. Miller was taken to Halifax Medical center with critical injuries.
