PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. – The St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a St. Johns County man who was last seen leaving from his Ponte Vedra Beach home.
The man, identified as Donald Asmus, 65, was last seen in the 300 block of Woodhurst Drive. A Silver Alert has been issued for Asmus due to diminished mental capacity and medication needs.

Asmus is described as a white man, about 6 feet tall, weighing 162 pounds with salt & pepper gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a green Polo shirt and jeans. He should be driving a black 2013 Lexus GS 350 with a Florida tag of CYX A83.
