LAKE CITY, Fla. – A man died after he lost control of the ATV he was riding and crashed into a tree in Lake City.
Shavar Tywon Williams, 25, was traveling on Southwest Cypress Lake Drive around 5 p.m. when he lost control, according to Florida Highway Patrol.

After traveling off the dirt road and onto a grassy shoulder, Williams struck a tree.
He was thrown from the ATV and died at the scene.
