JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A motorcyclist was critically injured Monday afternoon in a crash on Airport Center Drive, police said.
According to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, a small vehicle pulled into the path of a motorcycle, causing a side-impact collision just before 3:30 p.m. Monday at Airport Center Drive East and Gillespie Avenue.

The motorcyclist was taken to UF Health with life-threatening injuries. The driver of the car was taken to UF Health with minor injuries, police said.
The first officer on the scene said CPR was already in progress when the officer arrived.
