GLYNN COUNTY, Fla. – A Glynn County public official was arrested Saturday night on a domestic battery charge, according to the Glynn County Police Department.
That charge was later upgraded to aggravated battery.

Stephen Swan, the executive director of the Brunswick-Glynn County Joint Water and Sewer Commission, is accused of injuring his wife.
Police were called to their home and found Swan's wife on the porch. She was taken to a hospital with serious injuries, police said.
Swan was ordered held without bond.
