Fresh Seafood Platter 

Lobster salad, fresh oysters, shrimp cocktai, lemon, salmon tartar, mignonette. 

Ingredients 

1 Lobster, steamed 9 minutes, broken down

4 east coast oysters

4 large Mayport shrimp

3oz salmon, diced 1/4in squares

1 teaspoon minced vidalia onion

1 teaspoon minced yellow pepper

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon minced cilantro

2 teaspoon mayonnaise

1 lemon, zested and juiced

1 orange, zested and juiced

1 tea minced celery
