ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. –
The St. Augustine Police Department is searching for a man they say is a person of interest in a sexual battery case.
According to police, they are searching for Moises Eduardo Bados-Zavala, 22.

A police reports states that on Feb. 18, Bados-Zavala and a female victim were at a house. The victim was heavily intoxicated after a night on drinking.
The victim urinated and vomited on herself, and someone helped her change and lie down on a bed and placed a blanket over her. At some point, Bados-Zavala entered the bedroom, and moaning was heard.
One of the friends broke into the bedroom and punched Bados-Zavala in the face. He then ran out of the house. Police asked the victim if she had sex with him, and she said yes. When she was asked if it was consensual, she said no, but then denied they had sex.
She refused to submit to a rape kit.
