JACKSONVILLE Fla.- – Jacksonville police are investigating a man found shot in the road.
Around 12:30 Saturday morning, an officer from the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office was driving east on West Beaver Street near McDuff Avenue in the Lackawanna area when he saw a vehicle stopped in the right lane. A man was in the left lane of the road. He had been shot multiple times.

He was taken to UF Health for treatment. The victim's car has been shot. The exact location of where the shooting occurred is unknown and the case is being investigated by the Violent Crimes Task Force.
