GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. – A 30-year-old Clay County man was sentenced Wednesday to two life prison terms for his conviction of sexual battery and lewd or lascivious molestation.
Robert Roy Macomber was convicted of the charges in February.

In April 2014, authorities learned of a history of sexual abuse between Macomber and the then six-year-old victim.
The investigation revealed that while under his care, Macomber inappropriately touched the young girl on multiple occasions.
