JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A 43-year-old Jacksonville man was found guilty recently of attempted second-degree murder and attempted manslaughter.

In May 2015, Andre Ricardo Fuller and his girlfriend were in an argument. As she began walking to work, her son arrived and the two of them attempted to get her car back from Fuller. There was a verbal argument in which Fuller walked to the car and retrieved a gun.

He then fired once at the two victims, striking his girlfriend in the arm. He fled the scene.
