JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Police are looking for suspect who tried to rob the Regions Bank at the intersection of University Boulevard and St. Augustine Road Tuesday morning. 

About 11 a.m., a man entered the bank and passed a note demanding money, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. He then left empty handed when the teller ask him to take off his hat, police said.

The suspect did not pull out a weapon and there were no other customers in the lobby, investigators said. 

This is the fifth robbery or attempted robbery of a bank in Jacksonville this year.
