TAMPA, Fla. – A dramatic scene in front of a Tampa church was caught on camera after a worker held a suspected thief at gunpoint.
A maintenance worker at First Baptist Church said he was boarding up a glass door that was kicked in when he ran into the suspect, identified by authorities as John Novobylski.

Novobylski is currently facing a felony criminal mischief charge, while Clayton, who has a concealed weapons permit, is not facing any charges.
