An Amber Alert has been issued for a 18-month-old Georgia boy. Carter Johnson has been missing for about a week. Authorities said he is with his father, Willis Johnson, and believe he may be in danger . Investigators said they received a tip that they may be as far as South Florida. The boy has been with his father since April 1st. His mother handed him over during a custody exchange and Johnson never returned. If you have information that could lead to Carter's whereabouts, you're urged to call 9-1-1.
