JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is searching for Gino Arthur, who is wanted on a charge of conspiracy to traffic cocaine.
Arthur has a $1 million bond.

Police said he is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds.
