JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Friends gathered Friday night to remember a 22-year-old woman killed in a motorcycle crash on the Buckman Bridge.

Family members said that before the crash, Stephanie was riding with a group of bikers to a memorial for a friend, Joseph Powell, who lost his life while riding a motorcycle on Sunday.

A memorial gathering was held for her at the Lavilla Sportsman Club Friday night.

“When we ride, she just wanted to ride fast. She talked fast, she always wanted to do everything fast. She was always smiling,” said Derrick Harris, who knew Stephanie for six months.

Her friends made black and pink shirts in her memory, bearing her motorcycle club nickname "Speedie."

“Nobody can really believe this is going on. It's still so surreal to me. I still think that I'm going to wake up from this nightmare, and it hasn't happened yet,” Joshua Hill said.

Robinson’s funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Russell Haven of Rest Funeral Home at 2335 Sandridge Road in Green Cove Springs.

There will be a memorial ride right after, leaving from the funeral home and going over the Buckman Bridge. Riders will then turn around, go over the bridge again and meet at Dick’s Wings in Argyle Forest.

A GoFundMe account has also been set up to help Robinson's family.
