JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A man died after being shot Monday night outside a residence in the Sunbeam area, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said.
Police have identified the victim as Michael Horne, 25, of Jacksonville.

About 9 p.m. Monday, officers were called to Neal Drive, near Sunbeam Road, where they said they found the man with at least one gunshot wound.
Horne was taken to UF Health, where he died later in the evening.
Investigators said Horne, who did not live on the street, was shot near his SUV but was found on the front porch of a house further down the road.
The Sheriff's Office said there is no suspect information at this time but it will continue to investigate.
