Vandals mark high school with explicit graffiti
Atlantic Coast High School principal offers reward for ID of vandals
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Vandals struck Atlantic Coast High School on the Southside early Wednesday morning, doing about $1,000 in damage.
School officials said sexually explicit and profane graffiti was sprayed on the school’s exterior and marquis sign, and interior, where banners were also defaced.
The vandals got into the school after smashing through a gate, apparently with a vehicle.
The vandalism was discovered by maintenance personnel when they arrived for work.
The principal is offering a reward out of her own pocket to find out who is responsible. The amount of the offered reward is unknown.
