2nd suspect identified in ATM robbery

Surveillance photos show getaway car, driver

Alvin Jerome Goodman is wanted in connection with an ATM robbery in Jacksonville.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Police have identified a suspect wanted in an ATM robbery earlier this month outside a convenience store in Northwest Jacksonville.

Alvin Jerome Goodman, 26, is known to frequent the Westside of Jacksonville, police said.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office released surveillance photos believed to show the robbers and the car they were driving.

Police said Goodman pulled a handgun about 2:15 p.m. on the victim, who had just withdrawn funds from an ATM at the Kangaroo store at the intersection of Edgewood and Commonwealth avenues.

Surveillance video from the business shows a man get out of what appears to be a 1990s model sedan, possibly a Toyota Camry.  A second person was driving the suspect vehicle. He is described as a white man in his mid-20s, about 6 feet tall and weighing 150 pounds.  He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and khaki pants and what appeared to be corrective eyeglasses.
