Police: Teen robs Holiday Inn at gunpoint

No one injured when teen fires weapon inside St. Augustine hotel, police say

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – A teenager held a clerk at gunpoint early Sunday morning at the Holiday Inn on North Ponce de Leon Boulevard, according to the St. Augustine Police Department.

Police said the robber was described as a light skinned black male in his mid to late teens. He was wearing a red bandana over his face and dark clothing.

Police said the teen used a silver framed handgun, which he fired inside the building. No one was injured.
