London designer makes 'photo-proof' scarf

Celebs have been seen donning the special apparel

London-based and Dutch-born designer Saif Siddiqui has created a "paparazzi-proof" scarf that makes the person wearing it almost invisible to flash photography.

UPI reports the ISHU scarf was made to counter the flash of cameras, especially for celebrities who don't want to be photographed. The reflection the scarf gives off from the camera's flash makes the wearer blacked out in the photo, but does not affect the subject when the flash is off.

Siddiqui's quest began in 2009 when bike reflectors altered a photograph of his friends.

The scarf will be available online beginning Aug. 22, but various celebrities have already been seen donning the reflective apparel.

The price ranges from $268 to $478.
