JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A Winter Park investment company bought The Strand, a 28-story apartment building on the Southbank, for $64.6 million, according to a deed filed Wednesday in Duval County Circuit Court, the Financial News & Daily Record reports.
A corporation affiliated with the Delorenzo Group in Winter Park bought the property from a corporation affiliated with Crescent Heights Inc., a multifamily development company with its East Coast headquarters in Miami.
