St. Johns County homicide prosecutor appointed to 7th Judicial Circuit Court

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – A homicide prosecutor in St. Johns County has been appointed to the Seventh Judicial Circuit Court, Gov. Rick Scott announced Friday.

Christopher France, 46, of Palatka, has been an assistant state attorney for the Seventh Judicial Circuit since 1997. He began his legal career as a judicial state attorney in the Seventh Judicial Circuit in 1996.

He fills a vacancy created by the resignation of Judge Joseph G. Will.
