ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. – A 56-year-old St. Johns man was arrested Sunday by the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office after deputies said he was seen exposing himself to passing cars while praying on Race Track Road.
Piro Kolvani is charged with indecent exposure.

Kolvani was spotted about 1 p.m. at the intersection of Race Track Road and Flora Branch Boulevard by an off-duty St. Johns County deputy.
The deputy was driving with his 14-year-old son when they both saw Kolvani expose himself.
Deputies were unable to question Kolvani because of a language barrier. He apparently only speaks Russian.
