JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Lanes of southbound Interstate 295 near Roosevelt Boulevard were blocked for several hours Friday evening after a camper overturned in a crash, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
The accident was reported just before 5:30 p.m.
Troopers said a Scion had stopped for traffic ahead when a Ford F-250 towing a camper struck the rear of the car, causing the camper to overturn on its left side.
The driver of the Scion was taken to Orange Park Medical Center with minor injuries.
All southbound lanes of I-295 reopened after 8 p.m.
