A woman was moving her groceries from the shopping cart into her trunk when a silver, newer-model Hyundai Sonata pulled up, deputies said.

A black woman got out of the passenger side of the vehicle, grabbed the purse out of the cart and jumped back into the car, which then sped away toward Palm Coast Parkway, investigators said.

The victim told deputies that her purse contained her driver's license, cash, three prescriptions and debit and credit cards.

The surveillance video is expected to be released and the Sheriff's Office continues to investigate.
