At least 2 injured in downtown bus crash


JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Several rescue units responded Thursday afternoon to a bus accident at the downtown Jacksonville Transportation Authority bus terminal at the intersection of Hogan and Union streets.

Jacksonville Fire-Rescue said two people were transported for minor injuries after a collision between a bus and a car, but JTA officials said no car was involved.

News4Jax counted four patients on stretchers.

There appeared to be no damage to the bus or other vehicles.
