Argument leads to stabbing at mobile home park

Man recovering from non-life-threatening injury

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – An argument between two women over a boyfriend escalated into a stabbing Sunday afternoon on the city's Eastside, the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said. 

The two women were arguing at the Portside Mobile Home Park over a boyfriend when two men joined in the confrontation.

Police said one of the men stabbed the other in the upper torso. The man stabbed was taken to UF Health Jacksonville. Officials said the man is in stable condition. 

Police are looking for a man in his late teens who is around 5 foot 6 and 160 pounds.
