ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – A 25-year-old St. Johns County man has been charged with cyber sexual harassment after he posted a video to Facebook without permission of his ex-girlfriend performing a sex act on him, deputies said.

L’Enord Kelley is also charged with aggravated domestic assault and traffic offenses.

According to the arrest report from the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office, Kelley saw his ex-girlfriend walking along Orange Street in St Augustine yesterday and pointed a gun at her as he drove by. It turned out to be an air gun, but she thought it was real and called sheriff’s deputies, according to the report.

After a brief pursuit, Kelley was pulled over and arrested at gunpoint, and the air gun was found in his vehicle.

As deputies talked to the woman, she showed them a sexually explicit video Kelley posted on Facebook of himself and her engaging in oral sex. He posted the video without her permission with the intent of causing emotional distress, deputies said.

The ex-girlfriend told deputies that Kelley has threatened to kill her and sent her texts with death threats.
