'Operation Roaring Twenties' leads to 11 drug arrests

Putnam police still seeking additional suspects

PALATKA, Fla. – A months-long investigation led police to 20 felony drug cases in an effort known as Operation Rolling Twenties, the Palatka Police Department announced Wednesday. 

Palatka police, along with a U.S. Marshals Task Force and the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office, served 11 felony arrest warrants Wednesday morning.

The following people were arrested: Quinton Lindsey, Christopher Oxendine, Anthony Hodges, David Cooper, Paula Glisson, Stephen Holt, Tony Deering, Marcus Whitfield, James Moment, Willie Cobbs Jr. and Carrie Glass, police said.

Investigators are still seeking Jonathan Warren II, Alvin Lee, Amy Sowell, Joel Thomas, Cartton Alexander, Jessica Cozine, Bobby Hope and Maurice Campbell. They are encouraged to turn themselves in.
