A two-story townhome on Genna Trace Trail off Sunbeam Road burned Monday afternoon, but it was under control quickly and no one was injured.
Flames were coming through the roof when firefighters arrived. Jacksonville Fire-Rescue said the fire got into the attic, but firefighters said they put it out before it could spread to neighboring buildings.

News4Jax was told no one was in the townhome at the time.
A woman who lives in the complex said her neighbor saw the fire and came out screaming for everyone to get out.
"I saw the smoke billowing. I went and got the phone to call 911," Beth Stophel said. "The flames in the back were really high. The damage is significant."
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
