2 men arrested in Putnam County on drug charges

PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. – Two men are in jail after unrelated drug arrests over the weekend.

The Putnam County Sheriff's Office said it made contact with a man who had a warrant out for his arrest after deputies said they found him to be a responsible party involved in a methamphetamine cook at 250 Lakeview Way in November.

Jesse Hisaw left the residence before a search warrant was executed at the home where two children between the ages of 4 and 6 were living. However, at that time, Crystal Hamrick, 32, Barbara Martin, 32, Chad Kenyon, 40, and Antonio Passmore, 39, were arrested during the initial investigation.

Hisaw was found Friday night and jailed at the Putnam County Jail on a bail of $25,000.

Deputies said they were flagged down Saturday afternoon by Christopher Bell, stating his vehicle had been stolen.

According to deputies, an investigation found that no vehicle theft had occurred, but that Bell was wanted on an active warrant for sale and delivery of cocaine, stemming from an investigation in October when Bell allegedly sold crack cocaine to an undercover detective.

Bell was arrested and booked in the Putnam County Jail on a $10,000 bail.
