WOODBINE, Ga. – Camden County sheriff's deputies made two separate arrests over the past two weeks on charges of possession and distribution of child pornography.

Forensic evidence gathered in search warrants issued since the first of the year led to the Jan. 10 arrest of Joseph Johnson and arrest Tuesday of Bryan Chancellor

Johnson, 38, and Chancellor, 33, are each accused of two counts of distribution of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography. Johnson is also accused of possession of a small amount of marijuana. Both were held without bond.

"It is a shame that there are people in this world that take advantage of innocent children by producing such immoral and illicit images for sexual deviant monsters," Camden County Sheriff Jim Proctor said. "It sickens me to know they live among us each day."

Both cases remain under investigation.
