According to an arrest report, officers were called about 11 p.m. Saturday after a neighbor heard kids screaming and saw one child run out of Littlejohn's apartment yelling, "We have to get out of here!"

Police said they found Littlejohn on the floor in the apartment, and vomit in the bathroom and kid's bedroom.

Littlejohn told officers that it was her birthday, and she had been drinking for several hours, the report said.

Her birthday was Wednesday.

When asked where the children were, she said she didn't know and started crying, police said. The children were with a neighbor.

When a female officer asked Littlejohn to have a seat on the couch, she refused and slapped the officer in the face, according to JSO.

Littlejohn was booked into the Duval County Jail, but has since posted $3,500 bail. The Department of Children and Families was notified.
