Nassau County school bus crashes into parked car, FHP says

No injuries reported

NASSAU COUNTY, Fla. – The Florida Highway Patrol said a Nassau County school bus with 32 passengers struck a parked car Thursday afternoon.

Troopers said the driver of the bus, Alisha Marie Bonetti, 34, was making a left turn when the back right side struck a parked car at a stop sign at the intersection of Green and Booth streets.

The FHP said it was a minor crash and no injuries were reported.

All passengers on the bus were picked up by their parents.

Bonetti is being charged with careless driving.
