As officials attempted to execute the search warrant, the DOJ said Harris fled and led them on a chase through his neighborhood as he threw a bottle containing crack cocaine from his car.

Harris eventually stopped and was arrested.

The DOJ said officers also found crack cocaine and a loaded .38-caliber handgun inside his home.

Harris faces up to 20 years in federal prison for the drug offense, followed by a minimum mandatory sentence of five years to life in federal prison for the firearm offense.
